As with the original ALPHA sport watch, Mio ALPHA 2 transmits EKG-accurate heart rate data from your wrist without a chest strap and sends it to popular fitness apps, such as Endomondo, Strava, MapMyRun and more. Here are some cool new features we’ve added to Mio ALPHA 2.

  • USB charging dock with magnetic alignment
  • Mio ALPHA 2 uses a patent technology that was developed in cooperation with Philips Electronics Technologies Research. Two LED sensors and an electro-optical lens measure blood flow in the capillaries.

Use the Mio GO app to configure your personal settings, and wirelessly and automatically sync your activity data. You can also track your workouts with dozens of popular third-party fitness apps, such as Strava, Wahoo, MapMyRun,  Endomondo, and more.
