Product information "BU 572 connect | Upper-arm blood pressure monitor"
Precise blood pressure measurement with state-of-the-art technology
The upper-arm blood pressure monitor BU 572 connect impresses with easy handling and proven quality as a certified medical device (MDR). It is particularly compact and slim compared to other models, making it ideal for storage and travel. The modern inflating technology provides fast measurements, while the large LCD display with backlight clearly shows all values. Results can be conveniently transferred via Bluetooth to the VitaDock+ App.
Faster results thanks to inflating technology
The inflating technology measures blood pressure already during cuff inflation, delivering particularly fast results. This modern measurement method saves time and ensures comfortable use. The motion sensor and cuff fit control support precise value detection. Additionally, the device calculates the average of the last three measurements to provide a meaningful overview of blood pressure trends.
Clear XXL display with backlight
The large LCD display (7.3 × 6.0 cm) with illumination clearly shows blood pressure and pulse values and allows easy reading. The blood pressure classification with a traffic-light color scale makes it easy to interpret the results at a glance. This is complemented by the display of irregular heartbeat – for more transparency and safety with every measurement.
Bluetooth transmission to the VitaDock+ App
The BU 572 connect offers 199 memory slots for each of two users and a practical guest mode. All values can be transmitted via Bluetooth to the VitaDock+ App for iOS and Android as well as to VitaDock Online. This allows long-term documentation of measurement series, tracking of trends, and sharing data with healthcare professionals if needed.

Place the cuff on the left upper arm at heart level. The tube should point downward, and the marker on the cuff should lie over the artery. The edge of the cuff should sit 2€“3 cm above the elbow crease. It should be snug but not too tight, you should be able to fit one finger between the cuff and the arm.
The traffic-light color scale is used for blood pressure classification. It makes it easier to interpret the measured values by indicating whether they fall within the normal or elevated range.
Please note: "E1" indicates an incorrectly positioned cuff or a loose air tube. "E2" appears if there is movement during the measurement or if the pulse is weak. In both cases, repeat the measurement after a 5-minute rest and apply the cuff correctly.
The BU 572 connect detects deviations in pulse rhythm and displays them on the screen. This allows potential cardiac arrhythmias to be detected early.

It classifies blood pressure results. The scale shows whether your values are within the normal range or elevated.
“E1” indicates an incorrectly applied cuff or loose air tube. “E2” occurs if movement happened during measurement or the pulse is weak. In both cases, rest for 5 minutes and repeat with the cuff correctly applied.
The BU 572 connect detects irregular pulse rhythms and displays them on the screen. This may help to identify possible arrhythmias early.
Yes, it can be powered by a 5 V adapter with at least 1 A output. The adapter connects via a Type-C cable to the BU 572 connect (adapter and cable not included).
