Flexible 2-in-1 Therapy for the Shoulder and Arm
Targeted heat or cold can provide relief for bruises, swelling, muscle cramps, or pain. The GP 102 Hot & Cold Pack was specially developed for the shoulder and arm and offers an optimal fit thanks to its wide 360° coverage. The flexible hydrogel comfortably conforms to the body’s shape and ensures even temperature distribution, so that heat or cold is delivered reliably and evenly.

Versatile for treating discomfort and aiding recovery
Whether for bruises, swelling, muscle cramps, muscle tension, joint discomfort, or pain—this reusable gel pack is suitable for a wide range of applications. Even after physical exertion or athletic activity, targeted heat or cold therapy supports recovery. For cold therapy, the pack is chilled in the freezer or refrigerator for at least two hours. For heat therapy, it can be heated in the microwave for 35 seconds at 800 watts and provides a pleasant heat or cold treatment as needed.

High comfort thanks to flexible hydrogel
Measuring approximately 110 x 29 cm, the pack is suitable for an upper arm circumference of 30 to 44 cm and a body circumference of 70 to 104 cm. The ultra-soft outer material and the flexible hydrogel filling remain supple even at temperatures as low as –18 °C, ensuring a high level of comfort. Thanks to its ergonomic shape, the pack fits snugly against the shoulder and upper arm, ensuring comfortable use.

Reusable and safe for daily use
The GP 102 is an MDR Class I medical device designed for external use. It is reusable, easy to maintain, and has a shelf life of up to five years when stored properly. The recommended maximum application time is 15 minutes per session, followed by a break. The hydrogel used is non-toxic and reliably retains heat or cold for effective use.
