Please simply pull the cuff out of the blood pressure monitor and insert the new one back in.
The cuff should be at heart level. Slide the cuff onto your upper arm. The lower edge of the cuff should be 2€“3 cm above the elbow crease. Pull the cuff taut and fasten the Velcro.
