The replacement cuff is compatible with the BU 580, BU 582, BU 584, and BU 586 blood pressure monitors.
Please just remove the cuff from the blood pressure monitor and insert the new one.
The cuff should be at heart level. Slide the cuff onto your upper arm. The lower edge of the cuff should be 2€“3 cm above the elbow crease. Pull the cuff snugly and fasten the Velcro.
