Where do I find my order number?
You need your order number to register your return. You can find this number in the email from GoParcel (sender: noreply@goparcel.nl) with the subject “Your order has been received” – there it is called the reference. For example:
691234 ← your order number
Can’t find the email? Search your mailbox for noreply@goparcel.nl or for “Your order has been received” (also check your spam/junk folder).
Please note: for earlier orders your order number may also start with “MED” (e.g. MED0110526).
