Improved measurement accuracy thanks to new test strip technology

The MediTouch 2 test strips are based on an improved enzyme composition (GDH-FAD) that reacts specifically to glucose and minimises interference from other substances. This means that the MediTouch 2 blood glucose meter delivers even more precise test results. The test strips also have an underfill detection function, which prevents measurement if the blood volume is too low. The medical device delivers the result in just five seconds and stores up to 480 test results in the device.

Useful functions for optimised diabetes management

Thanks to its simple menu navigation, ultra-flat design and large LCD display, the MediTouch 2 is particularly easy to use. Equipped with many other useful functions such as average value calculation, acoustic test reminder, meal labelling, automatic ketone warning and storage of 480 measurement results, the MediTouch 2 is the ideal companion for your everyday diabetes management.

Practical starter set

The measuring device comes in a practical starter set so that you can take it with you wherever you go. In addition to the meter, the set contains everything you need for your daily blood glucose measurement: a lancing device, ten lancets, an AST cap, ten test strips and control solution. These products are also available on Amazon and are shown below in the comparison table.

Beschrijving klopt niet

Deze glucose meter laat niet toe de geregistreerde gegevens op te slaan. In tegenstelling tot de Vitadock app melding is er geen bluetooth verbinding. Voor de USB aansluiting is er geen software verkrijgbaar op het Internet en de beschrijving op bijsluiter klopt dus niet. Gevolg dat men de gegevens handmatig in dagboek moet opschrijven en de gegevens kunnen niet met arts digitaal worden gedeeld. Zéér onzorgvuldig want mijn andere Medisana apparaten werken wel met Vitadock. Deze glucose meter raad ik daarom niet aan.
