How do I choose programs and intensities?
Control is via the user-friendly control panel on the side of the pad. After switching on, the device automatically starts in the "entire back" mode. The function buttons allow individual adjustment of speed, massage zones (upper, lower or entire back), as well as SpO²t massage and the heat function.
