Product information "pleaseBU A57 | Upper-arm blood pressure monitor"
Reliable upper-arm blood pressure measurement
The BU A57 upper-arm blood pressure monitor enables precise and comfortable blood pressure measurement for everyday use. The large cuff (22–42 cm) ensures a comfortable fit, while the arrhythmia indicator provides additional safety. As a certified medical device (MDR), the unit stands for tested quality and reliable measurement results in daily life.
Easy readability thanks to extra-large digits
The extra-large display with digits up to 22 mm high ensures quick and clear readability. All measurements – from systolic and diastolic to pulse – are clearly presented at a glance, so measurements can be taken without effort or prolonged checking.
Comprehensive display of all relevant measurement data
In addition to blood pressure and pulse readings, the BU A57 also displays date and time. Blood pressure classification via the traffic-light color scale makes it easy to assess results at a glance. Irregular heartbeats are detected automatically, and 199 memory slots for each of two users allow simple documentation and evaluation of the measurement history.
Practical accessories for immediate use
The device is supplied with batteries and a storage pouch – ideal for immediate use and secure storage. Thanks to its compact design, the BU A57 can be stored conveniently and taken anywhere, whether for use at home or on the go.

Place the cuff on the left upper arm at heart level. The air tube should run centered over the upper arm, aligned with the middle finger. The lower edge of the cuff should sit 2€“3 cm above the elbow crease. The cuff should be snug but not too tight, you should be able to fit one finger between the cuff and the arm.
Please press the MEM button while the device is switched off. The average value will appear first; by pressing it again you can recall all stored measurements one after another. Each user has 199 memory slots. When the memory is full, the oldest value will be overwritten automatically.
E-1 / E-2 / E-3
The BU A57 detects irregularities in pulse rhythm during measurement and displays them on the screen. This is not a diagnostic value, but it helps to notice abnormalities early and, if necessary, have them medically evaluated.
Place the cuff on your left upper arm at heart level. The air tube should lie centered over the upper arm, aligned with the middle finger. The bottom edge of the cuff should sit 2–3 cm above the elbow crease. The cuff must be snug but not too tight – one finger should still fit between arm and cuff.
Press the MEM button while the device is turned off. The average value appears first; then press again to scroll through all stored measurements. Each user has 199 memory slots. When the memory is full, the oldest entry is automatically overwritten.
“E-1” indicates a weak signal or sudden change in pressure – often due to an incorrectly positioned cuff. “E-2” appears when movement or interference occurs during measurement. “E-3” signals a pumping error. In all cases, reapply the cuff properly, sit still, and repeat the measurement.
The BU A57 detects irregular pulse rhythms during measurement and displays them on the screen. This is not a diagnosis but helps identify irregularities early and seek medical advice if needed.
