“E-1” indicates a weak signal or sudden change in pressure – often due to an incorrectly positioned cuff.
“E-2” appears when movement or interference occurs during measurement.
“E-3” signals a pumping error.
In all cases, reapply the cuff properly, sit still, and repeat the measurement.
