The device is powered by the AC adapter. Place your hand under the adjustable handle and gently press the massage rollers against the desired area of the body. The switch can be set to Level 1 (low) or Level 2 (high) to adjust the rollers€™ rotation speed. One session should last no more than 15 minutes.
